Venue
The venue for the conference is room PHS 3C50 in the Paul-Henri Spaak building at the European Parliament in Brussels. You will find below a link to a map and also the address.

Registration for the conference will take place at the Place de Luxembourg entrance of the Altiero Spinelli building of the European Parliament. We ask you to please ensure that you use this entrance, as you will not be able to register or gain access to the conference from the rue Wiertz entrance.
Hotel Accommodation
Delegates who attend this event will receive a special discounted rate for accommodation at a number of nearby hotels. Further information will be sent out once we have received your registration and we will always do our best to aid and support your search for accommodation in Brussels. Registration
Registration starts at 08.30am on 31st May. The registration desk where you can collect your delegate badge and conference literature will be the main information point for the event and will be manned throughout the day.
Languages
All presentations and discussions will be held in English. At this stage there are no plans for translation.
Electrical Appliances
The electric voltage in Belgium is the EU standard of 230V/50 Hz.
Belgian Entry Visas
Participants requiring a visa in order to enter Belgium are reminded that they must obtain the visa before travelling. Should you require an invitation letter to support your visa application then please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with this.
Please note that we will only be able to supply invitation letters to delegates who have registered and confirmed their participation at the event.
