Conference Venue

The venue for this conference is Le Chatelain All Suite Hotel - Rue de Chatelain 17, 1000 Brussels, Belgium and a map to the venue is available here.

 

Delegates who attend this event will receive a special discounted rate for accommodation at the venue hotel, and further informationrelating to this will be sent out once we have received your registration. We also have negotiated special rates at a number of other hotels in Brussels, and we will always do our best to aid and support your search for accommodation in Brussels.

Registration

 

Registration starts at 08:30am on Tuesday 12th October 2010. A registration desk where you can collect your badge and conference literature will be located in the main reception area of the centre, and this desk will be manned throughout the duration of the event.

 

Documentation

Conference proceedings will be circulated to delegates post-event.

 

Languages

All presentations and discussions will be held in English.

 

Electrical Appliances

The electric voltage in Belgium is the EU standard of 230V/50 Hz.

 

Belgian Entry Visas

Participants requiring a visa in order to enter Belgium are reminded that they must obtain the visa before travelling. Should you require an invitation letter to support your visa application then please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you with this. Please note however that we will only be able to supply invitation letters to delegates who haveregistered and confirmed their participation at the event.
