We are able to offer fellowship for the conference and workshop to those eligible, with priority given to LDC countries. In order to apply for fellowship, please complete the application form here and return it to james.curtin@forum-europe.com.

A copy of the official ITU Invitation Letter can be downloaded here in English and in Russian.

Please note requests for fellowship must be submitted by 13 August 2018
