Cost of Participation

This event is free of charge for all attendees. However, for corporate organisations, this is limited to a maximum of two complimentary places per organisation. For any additional delegates who wish to attend, a registration fee of €500 per person will apply. For more information regarding this or to check if anybody from your organisation is already registered, please contact cisspectrum@forum-global.com

Hotel Accommodation
We are pleased to offer special delegate rates at the Kzakhstan Hotel, details of which can be found here on the practical information sheet. You will also find a list of other nearby hotels and details on how to book airport transfers. 

Registration
Registration for the main conference starts at 08:30am, with the conference scheduled to start at 9:00am sharp. Please collect your delegate badge and conference literature from the desk on arrival, which will be the main information point for the event and will be manned throughout the day.
 
Languages
Presentations and discussions will be held in English and Russian. There will be simultaneous translation available throughout.

The electric voltage in Kazakhstan is 220 volts

Kazakhstan Entry Visas
Participants requiring a visa in order to enter Kazakhstan are reminded that they must obtain the visa before travelling. Should you require an invitation letter to support your visa application then please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with this.

Please note that we will only be able to supply invitation letters to delegates who have registered and confirmed their participation at the event.
