The Wiltcher’s Steigenberger - the conference venue

We had negotiated accommodation rates at The Wiltcher’s Steigenberger for event attendees. Rates and rooms were guaranteed until the 2nd of November, after which, available rooms were offered at the best available rate. 

For the night of November 29 2017 for single occupancy : €229.00 including breakfast

For the night of November 29 2017 for double occupancy : €249.00 including breakfast did not include City tax of €4.24 per room, per night.

Registration
Registration for the main conference starts at 08:30am, with the conference scheduled to start at 09:00am sharp. Please collect your delegate badge and conference literature from the desk on arrival, which will be the main information point for the event and will be manned throughout the day.
 
Languages
All presentations and discussions were held in English. Unfortunately, there were not any translation facilities available.

Electrical Appliances
The electric voltage in Belgium is the EU standard of 230V/50 Hz.

Belgian Entry Visas
Participants requiring a visa in order to enter Belgium are reminded that they must obtain the visa before travelling. Should you require an invitation letter to support your visa application then please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with this.

Please note that we will only be able to supply invitation letters to delegates who have registered and confirmed their participation at the event.
