Conference Venue
The venue for this conference was the The Hotel.

Registration
Registration for the main conference started at 8:45am, with the conference starting at 9:15am sharp. Guests collected their delegate badges and conference literature from the desk on arrival, which was the main information point for the event and was manned throughout the day.
 
Languages
All presentations and discussions were held in English. Unfortunately, there were not be any translation facilities available.

Electrical Appliances
The electric voltage in Belgium is the EU standard of 230V/50 Hz.

Belgian Entry Visas
Participants requiring a visa in order to enter Belgium are reminded that they must obtain the visa before travelling. Should you require an invitation letter to support your visa application then please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with this.

Please note that we will only be able to supply invitation letters to delegates who have registered and confirmed their participation at the event.
