Delegates who attend this event will receive a special discounted rate for accommodation at a number of nearby hotels. Further information will be sent out once we have received your registration and we will always do our best to aid and support your search for accommodation in Brussels. Registration
Registration starts at 08.30am on 24th March with the conference scheduled to start at 09.00am sharp. The registration desk where you can collect your delegate badge and conference literature will be the main information point for the event and will be manned throughout the day.
Languages
All presentations and discussions will be held in English. Unfortunately, there will not be any translation facilities available.
Electrical Appliances
The electric voltage in Belgium is the EU standard of 230V/50 Hz.
Belgian Entry Visas
Participants requiring a visa in order to enter Belgium are reminded that they must obtain the visa before travelling. Should you require an invitation letter to support your visa application then please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with this.
Please note that we will only be able to supply invitation letters to delegates who have registered and confirmed their participation at the event.
