Who can participate?

Companies

We invite any company that produces, imports, sells bicycles, electric bicycles, scooters, motorcycles to illustrate the potential of 2Wheels in making transport more sustainable by participating as an exhibitor in Sustainable 2Wheels.

With Sustainable 2Wheels, ETRA wants to inform the European decision-makers and the general public on the wide variety of 2Wheels to facilitate urban transport and on their benefits in the field of environment, transport, public health, etc.

As a special feature of this year’s Sustainable 2Wheels, ETRA aims at showing a variety of solutions for (electric) cycle parking and cycling infrastructure facilities. Therefore, the trade association invites companies active in this field, to participate under special conditions.

Terms and conditions

The terms and conditions for participation in the demonstration event are as follows:

• To put your bicycles, electric bicycles, scooters, motorcycles or other sustainable mobility products on show on the esplanade of the European Parliament and allow the public to test ride the vehicles
• To bring along or hire at least 1 pop-up tent to show your products The advertisement of brand names on the tent and use of banners and flags is allowed as well as distribution of your brochures and other publicity material. Ask ETRA for further details on hiring a tent.
• The tent needs to be staffed with at least one person from your company who can inform visitors on the functioning, the technical aspects, the "social benefits", ... of your products and who is also responsible for the proper functioning of your test-vehicles.
• If you exhibit bicycles or electric bicycles, to have a few vehicles available for the guided tours of the Brussels European quarter organised by ETRA and Pro Velo in the framework of this event.
• You are free to distribute little sustainable gadgets to visitors or to provide sustainable gadgets for inclusion in the goodies’ bags that will be handed out to the visitors.

The contribution to the organisation of this event is € 250 (+ VAT) for ETRA associated members and for two-wheel retailers. Companies active in the field of (electric) cycle parking and cycling infrastructure facilities also enjoy the reduced fee of € 250 (+ VAT). The contribution for companies that are not ETRA associated member is € 500 (+VAT) per company. Prices for hiring exhibition equipment (tent, table, chairs, ...) on demand.

Organisations and projects

We invite any organisation and/or project related to the issue of 2Wheels and their potential to make transport more sustainable to participate as an exhibitor in Sustainable 2Wheels.

Terms and conditions:

The terms and conditions for participation in the demonstration event are as follows:

• ETRA will provide you with 1 table + tablecloth and 2 chairs in the Luxembourg Station for you to present your organisation and/or project(s). You are kindly invited to do this in a visually attractive way. Any additional stand material upon request.
• This table needs to be staffed with at least one person from your organisation/company who can inform visitors on your activities and projects
• Should you prefer to exhibit outside on the esplanade, please let us know.
• You are free to distribute little sustainable gadgets to visitors or to provide sustainable gadgets for inclusion in the goodies’ bags that will be handed out to the visitors.

For organisations/projects, the contribution to the organisation of this event is € 250 (+ VAT). This contribution includes the above stand-material, description of the organisation/projects on www.sustainable2wheels.eu and publication of the logo with link to your own website, inclusion in the event catalogue.
