In light of the publication of the much-anticipated green paper, will national regulatory models ever be able to co-exist or is now the time for consensus on a harmonised EU-wide set of rules? Given the EU-wide prevalence of problem gambling, what are stakeholders and regulators doing to tackle this issue? With regards to fraud and money-laundering, what are the best preventative practices?
