Session 2: Supporting Smart and Secure Borders: The role of intelligence led risk management and customer segmentation
								This session will look at the two main themes of Collaborative Border Management: intelligence led risk management and customer segmentation. We will examine models being adopted in Europe to enhance security, enable trusted travellers and traders to avail of facilitated and more streamlined border clearance facilities, while allowing border agencies to focus scarce resources on higher risk individuals and cargo. The session will also examine the role of technology and analytics in supporting their effective implementation.
